Domestic Customers
The payment method for domestic customers is through local bank transfer (BCA and BNI). Shipping cost will be quoted in the total price. Domestic customer order will be shipped via JNE service. You can find all the step-by-step process in our check-out system.

International Customers
Paypal is the only way accepted for international payment at the moment. Shipping cost will be quoted in the total price. Overseas customer order will be shipped via EMS by the Indonesian Post. It is the safest, fastest, and the most reliable shipping method. If you find it difficult to do the check-out, do not hesitate to contact us through social@oldblueco.net for a direct transaction. As we always able to send you a direct Paypal invoice.

Exchange/Return
All sales are final. You can return new, undamaged items. Items must be unhemmed, unaltered, and unworn (tried only, no creases). Returned items can be exchanged for the same product, or other model in different size. NO REFUNDS. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or return are the responsibility of the customer. Please always double check sizing before purchasing. Please contact us before you make the exchange as we need to check on the availability of the size and we will inform you the shipping cost.
