The Field Tote takes its foundation from the Alpaka Flight Tote, reinterpreted through Oldblue’s lens of heritage and enduring craftsmanship. Its dual external pockets draw inspiration from the military utility tote bags widely used during WWII; an era when products were judged not by ornament, but by the honesty of their purpose and the reliability of their function.

To capture that spirit, we paired Alpaka’s Axoflux 300D fabric in deep navy with the distinctive EPX 400D fabric in desert brown. The contrast delivers a bold yet refined character. Rugged in presence, but deliberate in every detail.

The Field Tote is built with practicality at its core. Beyond the two external pockets in plain sight, discreet hidden slots are placed at both the front and rear, allowing quick yet secure access to your daily essentials. Inside, the layout is thoughtfully organized with a dedicated 14″ laptop compartment, two front-panel pockets, and a water bottle sleeve. Making it more than capable as a dependable daily companion.

Of course, it wouldn’t be an Oldblue piece without a touch of signature character. Our custom copper rivets from Scovill are carefully set along the strap to reinforce durability while adding a subtle heritage detail. Completing the build is a solid brass D-ring, ready to secure or hang your everyday essentials.
