Heavy Tee - The Pattern Master

This particular collection mainly drew its inspiration from yet another rugged facet of selvedge dry denim culture. Started by the terms and tales only seasoned denim drifters and indigo faithful would truly recognize, we took those codes and pushed ‘em further down the trail. Transformin’ them into bold graphics steeped in the western heritage spirit you’ve come to expect from us.

Every great pair of jeans begins long before the first stitch. Before the fabric is cut. Before the sewing begins. Before the fades, the wear, and the stories. There is the pattern. The blueprint. This is the tribute to that particular kind of craftsmanship. This is ‘The Pattern Master’. A great pair of jeans can only be as good as the pattern behind it. The unseen foundation that separates true makers from brands merely assembling products.

For this graphic tee collection, we put our Heavy Tee to work. Cut from a 7 oz./sqy heavy-weight jersey knitted fabric. The fabric itself was built using 16/1 ring-spun cotton yarns for strength and comfort. That ring-spun construction gives the fabric a softer hand and better breathability; proving that heavy doesn’t have to mean stiff and unforgiving.

The details are where the truth shows. Triple-needle stitching with neck binding reinforces the rib so it holds its shape through hard wear and harder washes. Finished with blind-stitch construction on the sleeves and hem—a method long favored in vintage tees and widely used until the mid-1990s. These aren’t decorations. They’re working details, chosen because they last.
