We’ve been using our signature circular knit tee for most of our graphic tees collections, occasionally the slub knit tee, and once in a while the double knitted jersey. Well it’s time to announce our latest development on the cut & sewn department!

This time, the base material is this 7 OZ./SQY. heavy-weight jersey knitted fabric. Constructed using 16/1 combed cotton yarns. And the great thing is, this tee is constructed using ring spun cotton yarns. I bet you know what that means, yes a very very breathable fabric for such heavy fabric.

And no, we also don’t forget about the details of course. The tee is constructed with triple needle-stitch with neck binding technique, resulting a stronger neck rib area, so don’t worry about it losing its shape.

And that’s not all, we use blind stitch on its sleeve and hem, a detail considered by many as one of the characteristics of a vintage t-shirt. That kind of single blind stitch construction was the predominant method of t-shirt manufacturing up until the mid 1990s.
