THE FABRIC

This time we put our signature Heavy Tee to good use. The base material is a 7 OZ./SQY. heavy-weight jersey-knitted fabric. Constructed using 16/1 cotton yarns. One of the most special things about the fabric is that it’s constructed using RING SPUN cotton yarns.

This yarn gives it a texture that breathes easy while still holding firm. It’s the kind of tee that gets better with every ride, every wash, every story. A heavyweight that don’t slow you down. Tough but comfortable, like a saddle broke in just right.

THE DETAILS

You might not notice, but there are key features in this tee, The TRIPLE NEEDLE-STITCH  around the neck gives added structure, and we bind the rib neck so it stays in shape over time. Another unique detail is the Blind Stitch details on its sleeve and hem. Considered by many as one of the characteristics of a vintage t-shirt. That kind of construction was the predominant method of t-shirt manufacturing up until the mid 1990s. It’s these quiet details that make the loudest statement.
